Mary Mulvihill

Mary

My name is Mary Mulvihill. I am the Executive Director of Accessible Technology Services (ATS) which includes the DO-IT Center, the IT Accessibility Team, and our ATS Operations Team that supports them both. After earning my master's degree in public administration at Seattle University, I joined UW’s central IT organization where I served in various leadership roles. I’m honored to lead this team of capable and dedicated staff to further DO-IT's mission.   

Scott Bellman

My name is Scott Bellman. I am the Director of the DO-IT Center and serve as Principal Investigator on some of our many projects. I've worked at DO-IT for nearly 25 years. I earned a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling and an undergraduate degree in psychology and business. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State.

Brianna Blaser

My name is Brianna Blaser, and I am Director and co-PI of AccessComputing. I earned my bachelor's degree in math and psychology at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. I moved to Seattle to attend graduate school at the University of Washington, where I earned my doctoral degree in women studies studying women in science. 

Kayla Brown

My name is Kayla Brown, and I am a Program Coordinator and Counselor here at DO-IT. I have a master's degree in social work from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree in community psychology from the University of Washington, Bothell. My passion is community outreach, research, and disability activism. I work one-on-one with students to work on goal setting, academic planning, and building a support system.

My name is Lyla Crawford. I am a Program Coordinator and Counselor for DO-IT. I work in the Spokane office. I have a master's degree in developmental psychology. I specialize as our internal evaluator.

Andrea Mano

Hello, my name is Andrea Mano, and I am an Assistive Technologist with DO-IT. My main role is to support the technology needs of our DO-IT Scholars. I also work in video and media creation and support our other projects as needed. I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and have a long history of working in assistive technology and with people with disabilities.

Tami Tidwell

My name is Tami Tidwell. I work as a Program Coordinator and Counselor for DO-IT. My main role is to work with high school and college students on topics like college admissions, scholarships, internships, employment, accommodations, and disclosure strategies. I enjoy working closely with students through our DO-IT Scholars and Neuroscience for Neurodiverse Learners (NNL) programs. I have a degree in psychology from Texas Christian University.

Susie Hawkey

My name is Susie Hawkey, and I am the Operations Manager for Accessible Technology Services. My main role is to oversee all operations within both the DO-IT Center and for the IT Accessibility Team. This includes submitting grants, managing budgets, and human resources. I have a bachelor's degree in biology from Seattle University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Central Washington University.

My name is Marvin Crippen. I provide technical support, manage our internal technology, am administrator for the DO-IT and AccessComputing websites, and support the University of Washington's IT Accessibility Team.

My name is Laura Roy. I am an Operations Specialist. In this position I focus on fiscal duties and managing our student office assistants. I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in comparative literature.

Elizabeth Woolner

My name is Elizabeth Woolner, and I am the Publications Coordinator and Program Operations Specialist for DO-IT. My main role is to organize, create, edit, and manage all of our web content, publications, and other products. I have a bachelor's degree in English and a certificate in editing, both from the University of Washington.

Terrill Thompson

My name is Terrill Thompson. I am the Manager of the IT Accessibility Team at the UW. I also lend my expertise to a variety of DO-IT programs. I help to educate K-12 and postsecondary educational institutions, technology vendors, government agencies, and others on how to ensure that technology is accessible to individuals with disabilities. I also teach accessible web design to students through our ongoing series of web accessibility trainings. 

Gaby de Jongh

My name is Gaby de Jongh. I am the Manager of the Accessible Technology Center on campus. I am also an IT Accessibility Specialist, work with units across campus to educate, support, and collaborate with authors on creating accessible electronic documents and PDF remediation. I make sure many of the products used by DO-IT programs are accessible.

I am Mary-Colleen Jenkins, and I am an Instruction Accessibility Specialist on the IT Accessiblity Team (ITAT). In my role I engage with and support faculty in making their digital course materials accessible for students with disabilities.

Anna Marie Golden

My name is Anna Marie Golden. I'm an IT Accessibility Specialist on the IT Accessiblity Team (ITAT). It is my job to provide support and outreach to the campus web community to help them make their websites more accessible to students, faculty, staff, and visitors with disabilities. I'm also a UW graduate with a master's degree in human-computer interaction + design.

Hello, my name is Jeane Marty (she/her) and I am an Accessibility Developer on the IT Accessiblity Team (ITAT). My work involves reviewing websites and web applications for accessibility, teaching other developers how to code accessibly, and various programming projects.

My name is Hadi Rangin, and I am an Information Technology Accessibility Specialist on the IT Accessiblity Team (ITAT). I identify accessibility issues on campus and promote universally designed software. I have a master's degree in computer science.
